Year 11 Students of Art, Craft and Design had the opportunity to visit the Science Museum in February.
As part of their exam preparatory studies the year 11 Art, Craft and Design students had the opportunity to gain primary research for their theme of Event, more specifically Climate Change, exploring the exhibitions at the Science Museum.
They looked in detail at exhibitions ‘Atmosphere’ and ‘Tomorrow’s World’ which gave them a chance to develop their investigations, gaining insights into the information and imagery provided in each exhibition, thinking about the effects of Climate change but also how we are developing as a society today.
The research that they collected was invaluable to their critical understanding of the theme.
