Starting this week, the school will be contacting the parents of absent students using RS Connect Ed, a new piece of software which allows us to send notifications to your mobile to inform you of the absence and also give you the option of sending a free message to respond with an explanation.

The free mobile application will also allow you to at a glance check your child’s attendance record, contact the school and complete trip consent forms, as well as view key school dates, polices and other useful school information. The app would be of use to all parents, even if your child’s attendance is excellent and I would encourage you to download it.
